Electronic Cigarette | the SMOKeFREE

I am going to purchase my first pack of e-cigs from www.blucigs.com, the only thing that is leaving me stump is how much mg of nicotine do i need? I smoke roughly about 18 to 20 cigs a day, here in Canada the packs go by 25 so its not a whole pack… anyways, the amount of nicotine on my pack says 1.3 – 2.9 mg and on this site it gives me the option for
Full Flavored: 16mg
Light: 12mg
Ultra Light: 8mg
Non-nicotine: 0mg
I smoke Number 7 red’s from canada and I want a flavor similar so I thought I would need full flavored as the smokes I smoke are full flavored, but the mg of nicotine is different amount than what it says on my pack, could someone let me know which one I am suppose to choose. Thanks for your help, if people are going to tell me to quite, yes this is a starting because patches and gum’s are not working, and well I am going to give this a try as its healthier than smoke a regular smoke. thanks for your help.

I am a smoker and I have just stumbled upon the electronic cigarette. For those of you that do not know what that is allow me to explain. They are cigarettes that have a battery and no tobacco. You switch out the filter part and put new flavors in that are also mixed with nicotine. You are losing the carcinogens because there is no tobacco or smoke. You inhale and exhale water vapor that simulates smoke. What I want to know is if nicotine is bad for you besides for its addictiveness? Is it still a carcinogen?
