Electronic Cigarette | the SMOKeFREE

I am going to purchase my first pack of e-cigs from www.blucigs.com, the only thing that is leaving me stump is how much mg of nicotine do i need? I smoke roughly about 18 to 20 cigs a day, here in Canada the packs go by 25 so its not a whole pack… anyways, the amount of nicotine on my pack says 1.3 – 2.9 mg and on this site it gives me the option for
Full Flavored: 16mg
Light: 12mg
Ultra Light: 8mg
Non-nicotine: 0mg
I smoke Number 7 red’s from canada and I want a flavor similar so I thought I would need full flavored as the smokes I smoke are full flavored, but the mg of nicotine is different amount than what it says on my pack, could someone let me know which one I am suppose to choose. Thanks for your help, if people are going to tell me to quite, yes this is a starting because patches and gum’s are not working, and well I am going to give this a try as its healthier than smoke a regular smoke. thanks for your help.

If somebody uses tobacco products (Both Cigars,Cigarettes AND Smokeless tobacco products) (no more than 5 days out of 7)for no less than a Year, no more than 2 years, how long does it take to quit? (Cold turkey)

This may sound like a stupid question, but i need help. . LOL. . . I’d like to learn how to dip tobacco instead of smoking cigarettes. Here’s the problem. No matter what kind of smokeless tobacco i try, i always end up getting sick. . . . I know it’s true that your not suppose to swallow it. I made that mistake just once. When i put a dip into my mouth, i get sick. I don’t feel myself swallow anything, but i just get sick for no apparent reason. . . . Am i swallowing just even a little bit without me knowing? Please help!
